Queensland: Whistleblowers Protection Act 1994

South Australia: Whistleblowers Protection Act 1993

Tasmania: Public Interest Disclosures Act 2002

Victoria: Whistleblowers Protection Act 2001

Western Australia: Public Interest Disclosures Act 2003
